Doctors may be contacted during normal working hours. If the doctor is with a patient a message will be taken and you will be advised when it is likely that the doctor will return your call. Our nurses are also available to answer simple patient queries over the phone. In an emergency you call will be put through to a doctor. Your medical record is a confidential document. It is the policy of Rosanna Medical Group to maintain the security of personal health information at all times and to ensure that this information is only available to authorised doctors and staff. Doctors will not issue information to a third party without patient consent in keeping with Privacy Laws, should you require further details Rosanna Medical Group will be happy to assist. If you wish to view your health record we ask that you put your request in writing.

If you have a suggestion or a complaint Rosanna Medical Group would like to hear about it. Please feel free to talk to your Doctor, Practice Manager or Receptionist. You may prefer to use the suggestion box which is located in the waiting room at the reception desk.

A medical deputising service is available 7 days a week, after 4pm on a week day and after 10am on a Saturday. Please phone National Home Doctor Service on 13 74 25 to book your visit. These visits are bulkbilled if you have a current Medicare card. View Bank Medical Centre, 15 Martins Lane, View Bank, 9458 3911, has a Sunday clinic - 9am - 2pm. (Fees apply)
